Renergy Foods AG Appoints New Director

Prof. Dr. Hans J. Bocker Replaces Mr. Karsten Behrens

(Zug, Switzerland) – March 27, 2012

Renergy Foods AG (“Renergy”) announced today that the company has appointed a new Director – German author and professor Prof. Dr. Hans J. Bocker – an internationally recognized financial and economic journalist, business consultant, seminar organizer, public and investor relations specialist, and gold and silver expert.

Prof. Bocker is listed in the 1990 – 2011 editions of “Who’s Who In The World”, has held two professorships in economics (Business Administration), is credited with over 2,000 publications, and has worked as an editor and columnist for numerous financial and investment newsletters. He currently teaches at two top business schools and advises a number of mining and resource companies.

Mr. Bocker replaces Mr. Karsten Behrens, who has resigned his directorship for personal reasons. Renergy wishes to thank Mr. Behrens for his years of dedicated service and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
